Digital Marketing Executive - Godalming, Surrey

£30,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for a highly impactful and inclusive charity who are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a hybrid basis.

As their Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining all digital marketing platforms, as well as implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and contribute to online sales conversions (direct to retail and wholesale). In this role you will be liaising closely with sales, creative and product development teams to bring products to market in a timely and impactful way.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and continuously optimise two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B), setting up new products, writing copy, launching promotions and building out pages

• Support on the implementation of all multichannel marketing campaigns

• Create and curate content for social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

• Build, write and issue email campaigns via Mailchimp platform

• Coordinate with designers and photographers to create impactful digital assets

• Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns

• Act as the brand guardian liaising with stakeholders internally and partners externally

• Gather market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

• Support on marketing admin tasks such as maintaining asset libraries, monitoring inboxes, updating project boards, generating reports

• Attend and work at trade shows and events as and when required

You Will Need

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive - primarily focusing on digital

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools - Shopify & Mailchimp experience a plus

• Keen interest in eCommerce and digital marketing tools / techniques

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify reports a plus

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Strong creative outlook and an eye for design with experience in Canva and/or Adobe Suite

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience managing social media platforms

• Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
