My Clients Based on the outskirts of Godalming are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technician passionate about working on high end projects within the Residential Sector
If you are an Architectural Technician with around 3 years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant high end residential within a small talented team this could be the opportunity to heighten your career
The successful Architectural Technician candidate will Primarily work within the construction stages of projects, Have a good understanding of current building regulations be open to site work as well as Technical drawing
This will be an opportunity to gain a wider knowledge of the sector whilst developing within a fantastic company to progress within their technical team
Requirements for Successful Technician Candidates are:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK practice
- Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
- Thorough understanding of building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities
- Site experience (Desirable)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
The successful Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of 30,000 - 40,000 dependent on experience as well as incredible company benefits and with Flexible work available
