REF 0022 – HEAD OF CLINICAL PRACTICE (CARE AND NURSING HOMES) – GODALMING BASE (TRAVEL ACROSS ENGLAND REQUIRED) - £75-80K + BENEFITS – INNOVATIVE PROVIDER OF CARE AND NURSING HOME SETTINGS
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider of care and nursing home settings for the Elderly and individuals with Dementia. This quality focused provider operates a unique model of care and is seeking a Head of Clinical Practice to further develop and maintain strong clinical practice across its diverse portfolio of homes.
The Head of Clinical Practice will:
- Implement a clinical governance framework across the organisation.
- Support the roll out and development of the organisations model of care.
- Participate in company level risk management committee.
- Identify mobility and nutrition strategies for residents to consistently support resident wellbeing.
- Produce reports including input to board and investor reports.
- Run monthly clinical governance meetings.
- Assess the clinical performance of nurse managers and clinical staff.
The Head of Clinical Practice will need:
- RGN qualification with active PIN.
- Significant experience in nursing home leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Enhanced IT skills including proficiency in MS Office and experience with a variety of care management software.
Successful candidates will enjoy:
- Competitive base salary to £80,000
- £5,000 car allowance.
