Our client's College is eager to appoint a suitably qualified and innovative Teacher of Economics for the academic year 2025/2026. This role is available on a part-time (minimum 4 days a week) to full-time basis, teaching A-level Economics.

- Hours: Part Time to Full Time (minimum 0.8 FTE, 4 days a week)
- Salary: According to the Sixth Form College Teachers’ pay spine, up to £51,014 per year including fringe allowance, pro rata
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in A-level Economics, ensuring students understand complex economic theories and concepts.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that align with the curriculum and examination requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Economics department.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and advancements in Economics.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
