Store Manager - Godalming
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager, with strong Sales and customer services experience and a demonstrable track record of delivering success in previous retail management roles to run a brand new, state of the art, self storage facility opening in Godalming.
The Store Managers plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store and providing customers with the levels of service they know and love. Our Store Managers are responsible for supporting staff in their day-to-day roles and progression, maximising sales and profit targets, helping customers with anything they may need, and ensuring all legal and company procedures are in place.

Manage and train employeeso Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team higho Motivate staff to give their best resultso Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgets
Administrationo Ensure effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are always adhered too Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervalso Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses
