A warm and welcoming special needs school is looking for a Trainee SEN Teacher to join their outstanding team immediately. Fully subscribed for this academic year, the school is seeking a fun, friendly, and dedicated trainee teacher to support students aged 5 to 19 with complex needs, including Autism, Asperger's, and associated learning difficulties.

As a Trainee SEN Teacher, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and support, initially on a 1:1 basis, helping students progress academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll be working with primary or secondary-aged learners who are typically two to three years below age-related expectations. This two-year training programme will provide you with the skills and experience to qualify as an SEN teacher.

- As a trainee Class Teacher, your role will be to provide high quality teaching and support on a 1:1 basis that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically, but socially and emotionally.

- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
