We are now looking for a Head Baker to help grow our new purpose built bakery. The ideal candidate would need to have a quality background and have experience in sour dough making, lamination and some pastry. The bakery is set in stunning surroundings, and as well as the day café you would look after our sister site and markets. You will have the opportunity to grow your team along with the business and evolve the role into a general manager position. Running your own business would also be helpful in this role.
