Our client is moving to their newly renovated Godstone offices in April 2025 but are looking to recruit an administrator now!
The successful candidate will initially work in the Leatherhead office, travelling costs to Leatherhead will be reimbursed until they move to Godstone.
- Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)
- Circa £25,000 salary
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Job Description:
- Assist with purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts
- Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runs
- Nominal Ledger reconciliations
- Ad hoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked
- Ability to multi task
- General office administration
Person Specification:
- Strong administrative skills with a positive attitude
- Numerate with a keen eye for detail
- Sage 50 experience an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible attitude to duties with a can-do attitude
- Happy to work in a small team of three
