Collins Property Recruitment is working with an independent Property Developer who has an impressive track record of building exceptional homes to recruit a New Homes Sales Progressor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same, offering a huge potential for learning and developing your career within this friendly and expanding firm. They are seeking an organised & motivated individual who has experience in progressing property sales transactions to completion ensuring all parties are kept up to date in a professional manner, experience in New Homes would be an advantage. Key responsibilities as a New Homes Sales Progressor:

  • Work alongside the company owners in promoting the upcoming properties including advertising the units on Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Deal with all the enquiries from potential buyers and agents.
  • Organise site visits with potential buyers and conduct viewings.
  • Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completions.
  • Handle any issues or delays that arise, finding solutions to keep the transaction on track.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the relevant estate agents.
  • General office administration duties.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for New Homes Sales Progressor:

  • Ideally 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator (ideally in New Homes but not essential).
  • Experience in sales progression.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.

Benefits and packages:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata.
  • This role is part time, consisting of 3 or 4 days a week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays plus ad hoc Saturdays (1in4).
