Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organised Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Godstone. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
