Our client is renovating and moving to their Godstone offices in April 2025 and will be recruiting a Finance Assistant to join the team. The company has several offices in the home counties and are keen to hire someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Sage 50 would be an advantage.

Your job will be varied one and will involve;

  • Fixed asset register maintenance
  • Assist in purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts
  • Affiliated company bank entries / reconciliation, double entry and trial balance.
  • Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runs
  • Nominal Ledger reconciliations
  • Adhoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked
  • Ability to multi task
  • General office admin

The successful person will have;

  • Sage 50 experience an advantage
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • All rounder
  • Flexible and a can do attitude
  • Happy to work in a small team of 3

What you can expect;

  • Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)
  • £27,000 - £30,000
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
