Our client is renovating and moving to their Godstone offices in April 2025 and will be recruiting a Finance Assistant to join the team. The company has several offices in the home counties and are keen to hire someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Sage 50 would be an advantage.
Your job will be varied one and will involve;
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Assist in purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts
- Affiliated company bank entries / reconciliation, double entry and trial balance.
- Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runs
- Nominal Ledger reconciliations
- Adhoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked
- Ability to multi task
- General office admin
The successful person will have;
- Sage 50 experience an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- All rounder
- Flexible and a can do attitude
- Happy to work in a small team of 3
What you can expect;
- Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)
- £27,000 - £30,000
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
