Office Administrator   - Supporting Commercial & Estimating Teams 

This position is Full-Time, Office-Based (Monday to Friday), working from our client's office in the East of Scotland.

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a tangible impact? Our client is a prominent fit-out specialist based in the East, seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Estimating team with daily operations and tasks
- Manage mailbox communications to ensure efficient correspondence
- Maintain an organised document filing system
- Liaise with and update external contractors throughout various projects
- Complete tender review sheets and proforma sheets accurately
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for project tracking
- Chase enquiries and ensure databases are kept up to date
- Collate cost reports and process payment applications
- Ensure that cost, contract, and estimate numbers are recorded with precision
