Delivery Driver – Weekends | Edinburgh | 22 hours/week | Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 am to 21:00 pm | £11.50 – £12.10 per hour

Our clients company has been Scotland's leading independent courier company for over 35 years. With depots across Scotland and England, they offer a range of services including same-day UK deliveries, overnight services, international shipping, and more.

They are looking for a motivated and reliable van driver to join their team in Edinburgh for same-day deliveries. If you have great geographical knowledge of Edinburgh, a valid driving license, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Are you the right person for the job?

• 5-year checkable work history required
• 1 year of driving experience (delivery or general preferred)
• 2 years’ experience with light commercial vehicles and delivery driving (preferred)
• Smart appearance and good communication skills
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Edinburgh and the central belt

What will your role look like?

• Collect your vehicle at our Edinburgh depot and report to the duty controller for your collections and deliveries for the day
• Perform deliveries across Edinburgh and the central belt
• There will be some lifting involved

What can you expect in return?

• Competitive hourly rate: £11.50 – £12.10 per hour
