• Preparing personal and partnership tax returns
• Reviewing returns prepared by junior staff
• Preparing capital gains tax computations and managing 60-day CGT reporting
• Handling multi-property rental accounts
• Submitting forms and returns to HMRC
• Assisting with HMRC enquiries and correspondence
• Preparing ATED returns and other HMRC-required forms
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Communicating job progress to managers and ensuring jobs are completed within budget
• Carrying out technical research and supporting ad-hoc tax projects

• Strong tax knowledge and previous experience in an accountancy practice
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Tax Returns and related documents
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with Central tax software is a plus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• ATT qualification (or equivalent experience)

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
