My client is looking for a proactive and driven individual to complete the transactional finance duties and is looking to progress over the long term.

My client is looking for a proactive and driven individual to complete the transactional finance duties and is looking to progress over the long term. Description

  • Managing purchase ledger processes efficiently and accurately
  • Ensuring invoices, statements and payments are up to date
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving any invoice discrepancies
  • Processing staff expenses and making payments
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reports
  • Undertaking reconciliation of bank statements
  • Participating in financial audits
  • Supporting the wider Finance team as required

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
