Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility near Goole.
Salary - £50-55k
Working hours – Monday-Friday (Days and afters 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for effectively leading a team of Maintenance Engineers whilst undertaking some preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor will include:
- To lead/manage a team of 7 Maintenance Engineers, ensuring the work is prioritised and allocated to the Maintenance Engineers during the shift
- Support and develop the Maintenance Engineers when needed
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery on site
We would like to speak with Maintenance Supervisors with the following:
- Apprentice Trained with a minimum Level 3 in an Engineering Discipline
- Electrical or Mechanical bias
- Relevant and demonstrable experience within a heavy industry manufacturing environment would be advantageous
