Search Consultancy is excited to be assisting in the recruitment of a Credit Controller for a full-time, permanent role based in Goole. Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous Credit Control experience who is looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role will involve managing approximately 600 customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collection, and maintaining customer records. You will be responsible for applying the client's credit management policies, using various accounting and credit management systems, and liaising with both internal and external teams to resolve outstanding issues. The role will also involve monitoring overdue invoices, reporting on high arrears, and ensuring customers are kept within their credit limits.
To be considered for this role, you will need prior Credit Control experience and a solid understanding of credit control and sales ledger accounting. You should be self-motivated, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems (preferably SAP & FSCM) is essential.
