Are you an experienced Data Migration Lead with a passion for PIM systems and ETL processes? We are looking for a technical expert and strategic thinker to spearhead the data migration strategy for our longstanding client, ensuring seamless integration and high data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement a robust data migration strategy for the new PIM system
- Extract, transform & load (ETL) data from PDFs, SharePoint, Excel, and Access
- Automate migration processes using scripting and integration tools
- Ensure data quality & consistency throughout the migration lifecycle
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams & project stakeholders to understand data structures
- Provide technical leadership & mentoring to a team of Data Migration Specialists
- Troubleshoot & optimise data migration performance
- Document processes and establish best practices for future migrations
We are keen to speak with Data professional who possess the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience leading data migration projects (preferably in PIM, DAM or ERP implementations)
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and automation
- Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) and integration tools
- Familiarity with PIM/DAM platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data related challenges
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and work with stakeholders
