We are currently supporting a dynamic organisation seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a 12-month contract. This role requires a strong background in finance and management accounting, with the ability to provide strategic financial leadership.

As Interim Finance Manager, you will lead the financial operations of two businesses and a holding company. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts.
- Maintaining robust internal controls and financial accuracy.
- Leading the finance team and supporting professional growth.
- Acting as the senior contact for finance queries and managing team members.
- Overseeing audits, year-end reporting, and PLC requirements.
- Managing reconciliations, stock control, assets, and tax compliance.
- Handling budgeting, cash flow, payroll, FX trading, and supplier payments.
- Performing additional financial tasks as required.
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving expertise.
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CIMA preferred.
