TeacherActive is delighted to announce a new partnership with a mainstream secondary school based in Goole, offering a warm atmosphere, eager to learn pupils and a closely knitted team of staff who are looking to welcome the successful candidate with open arms. The school in question is on the lookout for a dedicated Examination Officer who will be supporting pupils up to GCSE level. This role will see you working closely with both KS3 / Key stage 3 and KS4 / Key stage 4 students who are looking to strive and achieve excellence.

The school in question would require thesuccessful Examination Officer to join their team on a short-term basis with the potential to move on to something longer term. This role requires you to play a critical role in helping the students prepare for exams and GCSEs.

The duties of the successful Examination Officer include but are not limited to:

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and think outside the box to find solutions to problems

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with matters calmly and swiftly

  • Ability to work as a member of a team and be accountable

  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Experience of working with secondary school age children

  • A background working with SIMs data input
