We have the role for you!

Our client provides the widest range and largest fleet of proprietary temporary rail access products in the UK. They are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Professional with a proven sales track record and a good knowledge of UK hire industry.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

  • An ability to identify, effectively target and develop sustainable relationships with new and existing clients is a key aspect of the role.
  • You must be keen to influence growth and new business opportunities within the company and have the drive to achieve revenue targets and make a difference in this specialist area.
  • Success in this role will be measured by your achievement of hire revenue targets, achieved through adhering to the pricing policy and ensuring that agreed customer service levels and performance standards are maintained.
  • You will identify and develop working relationships and regular revenue streams with key target customers or prospects.
  • Ensuring that solutions offered are completed as per the required standards.
  • Account managing existing Customer base to ensure that Customer experience is positive, and any issues are owned and resolved as and when required.

Key Skills:

  • A track record of sales experience within the hire industry.
  • An understanding of their key market sector of Rail would be beneficial.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • Proven account management and customer service experience.
  • Valid driving licence.
