Elevation are working with a leading manufacturing business who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join their HR and Recruitment team in Goole.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Place job advertisements with recruitment agencies and external platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assessment events.
- Prepare and issue employment terms and conditions for new and existing employees.
- Ensure completion of all relevant employee checks and maintain up-to-date employment files.
- Collaborate with employees and managers across the UK to address various recruitment and employment-related queries.
- Support the HR team in maintaining the HR database, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee data.
Skills & Qualifications of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator/Recruitment role or a HR related qualification with the desire to pursue a career in this field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
