Looking to take the next step in your career?

If you have mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience and want to broaden your skills, work on specialist equipment, and gain hands-on training, this is the perfect opportunity. We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer who wants to diversify their career, learning new skills in drivetrain systems, transmissions, and industrial machinery.

The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering company that provides servicing, repairs, and maintenance for heavy vehicles, driveline systems, and industrial equipment. With a mix of workshop-based work and on-site servicing across the UK and internationally, this is an opportunity to grow your expertise in a highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical and/or electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, gears, and fluid couplings.
  • Carry out maintenance and fault-finding on industrial and heavy-duty equipment.
  • Work both in the workshop and travel for on-site servicing across the UK and internationally.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure all work meets high safety and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and liaise with customers on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
  • Background in industries such as automotive, heavy engineering, manufacturing, or industrial equipment (not facilities management).
  • A problem-solving attitude, with the flexibility to travel for work when required.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in specialist equipment and systems.

What’s in It for You?

  • Full training provided—develop your career and gain specialist skills.
  • £37,000 basic salary | £60,000 - £70,000 OTE with working away.
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Travel opportunities across the UK and internationally.
  • A varied and rewarding role with long-term career prospects.

If you're ready to expand your skills, get expert training, and work in a role with real variety and progression, please send your CV for consideration.
