Join a thriving atmosphere where every contribution counts, and the path to personal and professional growth is paved with opportunities.ResponsibilitiesExecute assembly operations on various components and sub-assemblies efficiently.Adjust and prepare products and machines at customer sites.Collaborate with team members to plan workflow and resource allocation.Monitor availability of parts, tools, and machines critical to assembly tasks.Maintain and utilise specialised tools and equipment for assembly operations.Analyse and contribute to testing routines and procedures within complex environments.Assist in troubleshooting routine manufacturing issues affecting operations.Essential skillsPrior experience in production operative, assembly operative, or similar shop floor rolesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityHealth and safety awareness in a manufacturing contextAbility to build positive relationships within a teamEffective problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with specialised handheld tools and equipment for assemblyDesired SkillsFamiliarity with electronic, electro-mechanic, and mechanic assembly processesPrevious experience in a fast-paced assembly or production environmentSkills in planning and executing processes collaborativelyFamiliarity with assembly line practises and quality checksIf you are a motivated individual, driven by targets and quality, we want to hear from you!
