An exclusive client is seeking to hire 6 Coach Builders for their growing team specializing in blue light vehicles.
Candidates should be mechanically minded and able to quickly adapt to improve the build process and increase output.
The position is temp to perm, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm, and overtime on Fridays paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.
The client is eager to fill these positions quickly but is willing to wait for the right candidates.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, salaries will be adjusted based on performance against a skills matrix.

Coach Builder

One of our exclusive clients is looking to add 6 Coach Builders to their team. As a specialist vehicle manufacturer they make blue light vehicles and are growing from strength to strength in the market.They need people mechanically minded who can hit the ground running to help further improve the build process and increase output.The role is temp to perm and work Mon - Thu 7am - 5pm, with any additional work on a Friday paid at x1.5.The client will wait for the right people, but also keen to get people through the door asap, so this could be a quick turnaround if you are available.Upon completion of the probation period you will be measured agaisnt a skills amtrix and salary will be increased accordingly.
