Randstad Enterprise actively seeks a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead a crucial reorganization and optimization project within our logistics and warehouse operations.

The Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the complete overhaul and optimization of material delivery and storage systems to our production line.

  • Collaborate with various departments domestically and internationally for seamless project execution.

  • Gather best practices from sister factories to align our logistics strategy.

  • Support and interface with the existing management team.

  • Manage internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills in delivering complex projects.

  • Extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, ideally including new warehouse setup/mobilisations

  • Experience in complex organizational structures.

  • Proficiency in MS Project. SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Daily on-site presence is required at our modern facility. While this role has no direct reports, you will work closely with cross-functional teams.

Please be advised this is NOT an IT Project Manager position

Formal PM qualifications are desirable but not essential. We value experience and demonstrated success.
