JOB TITLE - Indirect Buyer

Job Summary:
We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the East Yorkshire region.

Main Duties:
- Issuing and managing tenders and RFQ’s,
- Reviewing supplier capability,
- Responsible for the renewal, development and implementation of new contracts,
- Agreeing and finalising terms and conditions of supply.
- Support indirect sourcing activities,
- Project management.
Person Specification:
- Ideally CIPS qualified or working towards.
- Proven procurement experience and basic understanding of contract law.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ideally experience managing projects and knowledge of the tender process.
- Confident negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with external agents.
