About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs.

- Monitor and assess progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and the SENCo.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with children, ideally in an SEN-focused role.
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and adaptable approach.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential with sufficient classroom experience.
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of schools and pupils.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
