About the Role: As a Qualified SEN Teacher on supply, you will be instrumental in providing specialised instruction and support to children with special educational needs across a range of school settings. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and understood.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students with diverse learning profiles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting instruction as necessary.
Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each student.
