Job Description:
We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated bar staff to join our team in Edinburgh City Centre. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your duties will include:

Welcoming and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks according to our high standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
Replenishing stock and managing inventory levels
Handling cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar and cleaning down after shifts
Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a positive and energetic atmosphere
Requirements:

Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality setting preferred but not essential
18+ years old
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Knowledge of Edinburgh's bar scene is a plus
