Chef de Partie Edinburgh Upmarket A La Carte Restaurant

A Chef de Partie is required for this stunning and vibrant a la carte restaurant in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.

The kitchen is headed by a talented Head Chef and they produce excellent traditional British and Scottish cuisine celebrating classic dishes and adding a modern touch.

You must have at least 1 year experience as Chef de Partie within an a la carte restaurant and without this experience, your application unfortunately cant be considered.

The kitchen is large and bright with excellent equipment to create visually beautiful and delicious dishes, where you will be able to continue to learn.

Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
Be an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen
