The venue, renowned for its modern Asian dishes with a twist, is a fast-paced and high-volume site, handling up to 500 covers a day. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in high-standard kitchens and have the ability to manage the kitchen with precision and confidence while maintaining a passion for the craft.

The Role
As a Sous Chef, this individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring that each dish meets the venue's high standards of quality and consistency.
