Newly Qualified Solicitor (Personal Injury/Civil Litigation)

Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor admitted in Scotland, with a background in Personal Injury/Civil Litigation or similar, looking for an exciting opportunity to step into the industry within an expanding, friendly law firm who will provide you with training and development opportunities to help start your career as well as a company bonus and great benefits?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who offer legal services and specialise in accident claims. They are currently experiencing a great period of growth and have recently opened a new office in Edinburgh. They are looking for junior solicitors to join their friendly team to help them provide great service for their customers and assist them in a time of needs.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating cases whilst delivering great levels of service to customers. You will also be required to follow regulations and compliance policies. Finally, you will be responsible for increasing revenues through damage recovery.

This role would suit a Newly Solicitor admitted in Scotland, looking to step into the industry and work for a growing, friendly business who is dedicated to providing great training and progression opportunities as well as great company benefits including the ability to buy/sell holidays.

The Role:

  • Prepare and oversee cases
  • Provide high quality Customer Care
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
  • Office based

The Person:

  • Newly Solicitor
  • Admitted in Scotland
  • Background in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation or similar
  • Commutable to Edinburgh, Scotland
