Role: Senior Information Security Analyst
Location: Edinburgh (flexibly hybrid)
Our global Financial Services client is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join their Security Operations Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong SOC background who is keen to join a scaling security function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead incident response and SOC activities
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure appropriate security detection and response
- Drive improvement of detection and monitoring strategies
- Scaling up the security team and response capabilities to improve security posture
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, and working within a SOC
- Extensive incident response experience in a cloud environment
- Strong collaborative mindset and attention to detail
- Understanding of programming and scripting languages
