CBW is seeking a maintenance electrician in Edinburgh with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The position involves carrying out reactive repairs, routine maintenance, and servicing of electrical equipment across commercial contracts.
Candidates should have prior experience in a maintenance environment, specifically with electrical systems management and paperwork.
A recognized electrical qualification, including City & Guilds 18th Edition and Test and Inspection, is required along with post-apprenticeship experience.

Electrician - Edinburgh - Salary up to £40,000

CBW have a new opportunity for a maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities provider. Covering commercial contracts throughout Edinburgh and the Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical
Maintain and update Logbooks
Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
Repair and servicing of electrical equipment, PPM & reactive.
Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance

Person Specification:

Previously worked within a maintenance environment
Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
Experience of working with business critical equipment
Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment
Recognized Electrical Qualification
City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds Test and Inspection

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary up to 40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Van & fuel card supplied
Core hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
On call 1 in 13 £100
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
