I'm keen to speak with Managers who have experience with Breakfast and Afternoon Tea service - who have full service backgrounds with strong attention to detail.. ideally you will come from a 4 or 5 Star Hotel background, and be experienced with staff training and development as well as managing the departments rota, stock and labour levels.
This is a rally great opportunity to work daytime hours and to join a wonderful property at an exciting time.
