Position: Duty Manager
Location: Highlands area of Scotland
Salary: Basic salary up to 30k + 3k Gratuities
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Duty Manager in a 4 or 5 Star background
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, organisational skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, use initiative, adaptability, confident in Microsoft Office suite, fast learner

I have a wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef, someone who is passionate about there work, this wonderful Events Business is looking for a Sous to work closely with the team and the Head Chef.

I'm keen to speak with current UK based Chef`s with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience of delivering as a fresh food Events Sous Chef... You will be passionate about using fresh ingredients, and working where possible in deliver the highest standards ... this really is a superb opportunity as you will also benefit from an onsite Head Chef who is there to help support.

Volume experience is important..

Working mainly Daytime hours with only Occasional Evenings required.

Basic Salary package Up to £40,000..
