Our client is a respected boutique Wealth Management company that invests on behalf of private clients and focussing on their Wealth Planning/Financial Planning needs.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant / PA to join our clients business who are an Wealth Management Firm based in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will be supporting a Portfolio Management team in a range of PA and administrative and organisational tasks, while also working closely with the Client Services Managers, providing support on client related administration.

The Team Assistant / PA will manage incoming and outgoing calls, maintain the Wealth Management Team and individual calendars, while also supporting when required with any location arrangements, minutes and follow-up actions.

The Team Assistant / PA is expected to confidently deal with any Wealth Management client queries, letters, expenses and gift and entertainment, as well as organise and co-ordinate team and broker events, including lunches or any catering requirements that may need organising.

The Candidate

1-2 years experience of working in a PA / Team Assistant role, ideally within Financial Services however will also consider outside of Financial Services as long as the experience is within a professional office environment.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good written communication skills.

Strong MS Office IT Skills

Organised with attention to detail

Discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to pivot and cope with last minute change of plans
