Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 DOE

Pertemps are recruiting a Legal PA to join their Edinburgh based client, a national Law Firm.The ideal candidate will have PA experience ideally within Litigation. The role will involveproviding comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the team.

The Role:
  • Efficiently producing correspondence and documentation using relevant software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Liaising with Document Production for large documents and using track changes as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with fee earners and managing workflow.
  • Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents for accuracy.
  • Managing client and matter openings and closings in compliance with firm processes.
  • Handling diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing room bookings.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and assisting fee earners with follow-up tasks.
  • Managing email accounts, including reviewing inboxes for absent fee earners.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense claims.
  • Maintaining contact information and ensuring the accuracy of records.
  • Supporting the wider PA group as needed and actively seeking training opportunities.

About You:
  • Strong organisationalskills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in litigation or legal environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
