Mac Recruit Group is excited to present an opportunity for a driven and creative Social Media Executive to join a leading brand in the sports betting industry. This role offers the chance to lead one of the most followed and highly engaged football brands, where youll play a key part in shaping and growing their online presence. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for both organic growth and paid campaigns to expand social media presence.

Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize content reach across platforms.

Manage social channels by producing engaging, well-written content with a consistent, authentic voice.

Use data and insights to guide decisions for organic campaigns and improve performance.

Create creative strategies to boost brand awareness, from small giveaways to larger campaigns.

Understand the audience and the content that resonates with them.

Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities, providing the best tips and insights.


Requirements:

Proven experience and passion for digital marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly in understanding algorithms and content distribution.

Interest in marketing psychology and its role in engaging audiences through digital marketing.

Excellent writing and copywriting skills, with strong verbal communication.

A genuine passion for football and an interest in sports betting as a recreational activity.

Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment, aligned with team goals.

A growth-oriented mindset, eager to build a career in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

Flexibility to occasionally work weekends, especially in football-related roles.

Experience with email marketing is a plus.
