Sales Development Representative (SDR) Grad Sales Role

This is a progressive opportunity for an ambitious Telesales / Sales Development Rep looking to join an organisation whom provide business services across the public and private sectors, offering an opportunity for forward progression internally within the company through meritocracy.

Applying for this SDR / Telesales role, perhaps you have a business development background prospecting customers to sell the likes of business consumables, hardware, waste management, business services, business space, marketing, telecommunications, IT equipment, software (SAAS) such as CRM, BI or ERP solutions? OR perhaps you have a telesales / lead generation background in the B2C environment? OR perhaps your eager to get into a sales role?


The successful SDR/ Telesales Executive will need to have the following experience:-

A minimum of 1 years B2B or B2C sales experience OR recently graduated

Resilience, strong communications skills, ambitious attitude, inquisitive approach

An understanding of marketing communication to support business growth, how to present a solution working closely with appropriate business leaders

Pipeline management, prospecting experience & diary management skills are a must

A commercially minded sales approach


The company will offer the successful SDR:

Up to £32,000 basic salary

Uncapped £50,000 OTE -the more you sell the more you will earn!
