This SaaS organisation, with their HQ in Spain, sell their software exclusively to the hospitality and leisure space. Dishoom, Hawksmoor, Five Guys & Hilton Hotels are just some of the brands that already use their products and their now looking to add SDRs to the team to help grow the business further.

Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with new and potential customers and book in meetings for Account Executives to demonstrate the product to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Engage with prospects through a high volume of cold calling (60-80 calls per day), networking, emails, e-marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and new features.
  • Sales Cycle Initiation: Generate new contacts & book meetings for the Account Executives
  • Follow CRM processes and ensure accurate data management.
  • Attend weekly meetings with global teams to share updates and align on objectives.
  • Secure meetings with qualified prospects to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Actively contribute to the sales process, managing the stages under your responsibility.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months outbound B2B sales experience - ideally in an SDR role (booking demos)
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality sector and the operations of restaurants, hotels, or retail businesses is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be advantageous
