We are currently partnering a recognised UK brand with their search for a Senior Manager of Exec Rewards based in Edinburgh or West Yorkshire with good hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will have a key focus on Exec Compensation. You will lead Director & Executive level remuneration reports, working through policy and all related external remuneration discovery across the group.

In addition, you will lead on executive remuneration projects including shareholder and wider stakeholder view and market practices. Key responsibilities include:

* Development of the strategy and approach for Executive Reward, alongside policy frameworks

* Ensuring processes and design comply with regulatory and legislative requirements

* Leading a team of four Executive Reward Specialists

* Planning and delivering the annual reward and bonus cycle

* Continuous support to the Executive population with queries

* External benchmarking

* Reporting and risk requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven expertise in Executive Reward, ideally within Financial Services or a Consultancy environment.

In addition, you will have experience of working in a complex matrixed environment, able to deliver at pace, using your senior stakeholder experience and Executive Reward knowledge to drive innovation, improve colleague journeys and balance competing requirements.

A track record of translating complex business requirements is essential alongside first class senior stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to demonstrate that you have led and designed a clear and innovative Executive Reward strategy.

This company has a hybrid working policy: typically two days per week in the Edinburgh office with occasional travel to other UK locations including London. The business has a reputation for excellent career progression and development and you will be part of a wider, large HR team.

Salary up to £110,000 dep on experience, plus bens
