The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their Edinburgh team. This role is ideal for an ambitious recruitment professional who has proven success in an agency setting and is looking to elevate their career. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from securing new business to placing top talent, while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and market insights to add value to clients and candidates.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in agency recruitment with a proven billing history.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambition: A motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Organisation: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Edinburgh recruitment market is desirable but not essential.
