What You'll Do Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the food and drink sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Manage the recruitment process, from taking job briefs to negotiating offers.
- Provide guidance and advice to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
