The Energy Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our range of energy services, and guiding them in choosing plans that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present energy products and services, highlighting cost-saving and environmental benefits
- Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries about plans, rates, and services
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offers, and regulatory updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for customer acquisition

Must Haves:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and accessible manner
- Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus, but not required (training provided)
