We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Assistants to help create a memorable experience for our visitors. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, assist with product selection, and answer any questions they may have about the products or services available.
- Sales Assistance: Help customers make purchases by offering advice, explaining product features, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Merchandising and Display: Keep displays attractive, organized, and well-stocked to showcase products in a festive and eye-catching way.
- Stock Management: Restock items as needed, monitor inventory levels, and inform the manager of any product shortages.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the stall remains clean and tidy throughout your shift and assist in end-of-day clean-up.
- Adherence to Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially relevant to a busy outdoor market environment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting as needed.
