My client is a Luxury Hotel based in Aberdeenshire, Cairngorms region, and this small shop is a significant part of their luxurious offer.

As Retail Manager/Fishmonger you will be selling the bespoke seafood items associated with the region, while developing your customer base on a basis.

Strong emphasis on building relationships with local and visiting customers a like.

Very good daytime hours..

Support in relocation is possible..

Driving licence required.

Basic Salary 30-35k depending on experience plus tips.
