Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Lead the selection and implementation of test automation tools and technologies.
- Develop automated test scripts using Java and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high code quality standards and best practices are followed in test automation.
- Assess and improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA and development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance test automation quality.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Extensive experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, etc.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related technologies (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of coding standards, best practices, and patterns.
- Ability to assess and improve code quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
