The Role:

To provide estimates and quotations for customer enquiries
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
Work with the project, production and sales teams to ensure budgets are met
Produce quotations for projects and submit within dedicated timescales.
Review enquiries to ensure the ability to supply compliant quotations within the company's product range.
Ensure all quotations are 100% accurate, including relevant margins, and comply with certification requirements.
Communicate regularly with external customers to ensure comprehensive and compliant quotations.
Maintain regular customer contact regarding key quotations to address inquiries and updates.
Answer general technical enquiries, including specifications, certifications, consulting the technical team when necessary.
Develop and implement robust tenders throughout the business.
